Soie's passion for entremet cakes and their desire to create aesthetically pleasing designs are at the core of the brand. In 2022, Studio Cohe had the opportunity to help Soie move closer to a refined, gentle brand image.
In French, Soie means Silk. The name Soie was chosen based on the similarity of the soft,
airy style of entremet making, with a silk ribbon.
To further emphasize this idea, we took the shape of a silk ribbon as inspiration
for the brand symbol. A silk ribbon can freely transform into countless shapes and forms,
similar to Soie’s creative baking style.
